Order & Shipping FAQs
Please allow 10–15 business days from the date you place your order to the date of delivery. This reflects both preparation time and carrier transit — our jackets are made to order rather than shipped same-day from stock.
We currently ship within the United States. We’re unable to deliver to P.O. Box, APO, or FPO addresses — a valid street or residential address is required at checkout.
You’ll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships. If you haven’t received one within 15 business days of ordering, contact us at info@theleatherjacketusa.com.
Since jackets are made to order, changes or cancellations can only be accommodated within a short window after purchase. Email info@theleatherjacketusa.com as soon as possible — once production has started, we may not be able to make changes.

Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery and approved before you send anything back. Items must be unused, unworn, with original tags and packaging. Full details, including valid reasons for return and exchange steps, are in our Return & Refund Policy.
Yes, for approved returns. Once your returned item is received and inspected, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5 business days. Original shipping charges are non-refundable, and return shipping is covered by the customer unless the return is due to our error.
Product & Care FAQs
Care depends on the material — genuine leather and faux leather require different upkeep. In general, keep your jacket away from direct heat, store it on a padded hanger, and use a leather-specific conditioner for genuine leather styles. Care instructions specific to your jacket’s material are included with your order.
Brief exposure is generally fine, but we don’t recommend prolonged wear in heavy rain. If your jacket gets wet, let it air dry naturally away from direct heat sources — avoid radiators or hair dryers, which can damage the material.
Genuine leather can soften and mold slightly to your body with wear; faux leather generally holds its shape more consistently. Neither is designed to significantly stretch or shrink under normal use — please order based on the size chart rather than expecting the fit to change substantially over time.

From time to time, yes. Any current offers will be displayed on our homepage or product pages — we don’t apply discounts that aren’t visibly reflected in the listed price.

Yes — product photos represent the actual jacket style, color, and materials as accurately as possible. Minor variations in color can occur due to screen display settings or natural material variation in genuine leather. Any style described as inspired by a celebrity, film, or streetwear look is clearly labeled as such and is not sold as official licensed merchandise.
