We ship worldwide. We deliver our products to customers everywhere.

Shipping cost

We offer free shipping on orders above $249 (USD). On orders of $249 or less, a standard shipping charge of $25 (USD) applies. This applies to all products we ship worldwide. No other shipping methods are currently offered.

Delivery time

Please allow 10–15 business days from the date your order is placed to the date it’s delivered. This is a made-to-order / handmade product, so this window covers both order preparation and carrier transit — it is not next-day or express shipping.

Carriers

We ship using multiple carriers depending on destination and package size (may include USPS, UPS, or FedEx). Your tracking number, once issued, will indicate the specific carrier handling your delivery.

Address requirements

Please provide a valid street or residential address. We are unable to ship to P.O. Box, APO, or FPO addresses.

Order tracking

You’ll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships. If you haven’t received tracking information after 15 business days, contact us at info@theleatherjacketusa.com.

Delays

Occasionally, weather, customs, or carrier delays can extend delivery beyond the estimated window. We’ll notify you by email if we become aware of a delay affecting your order.

    Responsive Production

    All Thursdays are handcrafted in small batches 50/52 weeks per year. By producing in small lots we are able to minimize waste and overhang and churn inventory more quickly. As a result, we don’t have to build the cost of “excess inventory” into our prices, allowing us to pass along those savings to you.

    Lean Business Model

    Thursday was originally “bootstrapped” with our limited personal savings, which taught us how to be smart with our money. We keep fixed costs low and do almost everything in-house with a hard working team who believes in the mission, opting for equity ownership over high salaries.

    Long-Term Thinking

    While most “business people” tell us our markup is too low, we disagree. We are forgoing short-term profits in exchange for offering our friends, family, and customers a better value. This is something we are very proud of and believe will pay off in the long-term; after all, great products at a great value never go out of style!
